BALMAC TRAILER DOLLIES

The Trailer Dolly has been built in many different ways over the years and is often very heavy, motor driven and clumsy, expensive or you have to pull or push them. The Transport Law does not allow the fitment of front towbars on vehicles, because of the impediment of the Frontal Impact Rule which allows for a vehicle to absorb a frontal impact. With this in mind we designed a hand operated pedal powered Trailer Dolly that is powerful and has good traction on most terrains and is easy to steer while cranking, unlike the electric and petrol powered ones that start skidding as they can’t control the torque that is required to get good traction. The Balmac Trailer Dolly allows you to move your car trailer, boat trailer, horse float or caravan in to places without running over the garden or damaging your vehicle when backing in awkward places.
