CEMENT SPREADER (FOR CEMENT/AGGREGATE/SAND)

This machine is designed for stabilizing Sports Playing Fields or other areas as maybe required. It has a capacity to hold 20 bags of cement or .75 cubic metres. The unit consists of four parts.

1. Hopper of .75 cubic metres
2. Stainless Steel Shuffle grille with Oscillating hydraulic rams as a removable cassette, for spreading cement.This must be removed before spreading aggregates as damage will occur to the stainless grilles.
3. Replacement frame when cassette is removed.
4. Base unit which comprises of Chassis and wheels, 1400mm wide conveyor belt, hydraulic valving, implement stand, drawbar etc

The hopper is tilted forward to allow the cement cassette to be removed and replacement frame to be fitted in place then fasten the hopper back down with the locking devices.This will the allow the unit to be used for the spreading of fines or sand as maybe required.
The flow of cement or aggregate is controlled by a sliding gate and the speed of the conveyor belt along with ground speed to get the required result.
